Keep indoors in bright but indirect light.

Water only when soil has become dry to the touch.

To water: Bring to sink or outside and fill pot to brim with water. Allow water to drain, then repeat after 5 minutes to ensure a thorough watering. 

Poke soil with chopsticks every few months for aeration.

Transplant into a 1 -2 inch larger pot only when roots are visible through drainage holes.
